Chelsea Building Society offers a range of mortgage deals to suit a variety of buyers. When choosing a mortgage you will need to consider several factors before you make a decision. Some of the mortgage options available from Chelsea Building Society include:

Fixed rate mortgages - the interest rate is fixed for an agreed period of time. Fixed rates vary typically from 2,3,4,5 and 10 years. 

Tracker mortgages – the interest rate is linked to the Bank of England Base Rate for a set period.

The Chelsea Building Society was originally established as the Camberwell and South London Building Society in 1875.

The name was changed to Chelsea Building Society in 1971. In April 2010, Chelsea Building Society merged with Yorkshire Building Society, but it retains the Chelsea Building Society brand and offers a range of mortgages to both new and existing borrowers.
