Remortgage for expats

If you no longer permanently reside in the United Kingdom you may be wondering if it is possible for you to remortgage any properties you still own within the UK. This could be because you are looking to release equity from a property you currently own with the intention to purchase an additional property, either an investment property in the UK or a property for you to live in abroad.
