What funding options are available for my investment property?

It should be taken into consideration that if your property requires a buy to let purchase then you should expect to pay a higher minimum deposit (usually at least 20%). It is also important to remember that buy to let purchases incur higher interest rates and arrangement fees. These costs should be factored in when deciding whether to purchase an investment property with the use of a buy to let mortgage.
